League Description

PBL IMPORTANT DATES:

• Dates of Play: March 25 – April 30, 2023
• Registration Deadline: February 26, 2023
• Field Availability Dates/Times Due: March 12, 2023
• Coaches Meeting: TBD

NUMBER OF GAMES: 10 game schedule, if 9 of 10 games are played in a season - it is considered a full season - due to weather.  Teams will be refunded at a $78.50 rate (10 games) for each game under the 9 game minimum.

LEAGUE FEE: $995 per team + applicable tax

• League fees
• Game baseballs
• USSSA membership fees
• USSSA 6 month nsurance
• Field rentals
• Schedule
• League reschedules/weather
• Umpire scheduling (NOT UMPIRE FEES)

UMPIRE FEES: Each team is required to pay umpires $65 per game prior to the game. There will be 2 umpires per game. One team will pay 1 of the umpires, the other team will pay the other umpire per game.

LEAGUE FIELD USAGE: The PBL will pay out $60 per game that is played at your field. This is a great way to offset the costs of the league for teams.

LEAGUE SETUP: We will have 3 separate divisions (Varsity, JV/Sophomore, and Freshman) divisions within our league this year. We will do our best to match up teams according to school size and talent level. This league is flexible so if we need to make separate divisions in our league (upper level and lower level) we can do that. We will take a look at the teams signed up as they register and make a decision on what we are going to do with divisions.
